Every person has a little extrasensory skill lurking somewhere inside them. You can learn how to develop telepathy if you allow yourself to recognize the subliminal messages that are being sent from your own thought processes. It’s not as hard as it first sounds.
The definition of telepathy is to send or receive thoughts or feelings. Many people assume that this will be very clear, just like speaking to someone verbally. You will need to concentrate on a detailed image, thought or phrase to send and see how much they are able to tell you back. This gives you instant feedback to determine where your strengths and weaknesses lie with telepathy. If you find that you are stronger by receiving you may want to practice more with sending images.
The most important thing is to practice, practice, and practice. This helps develop the skills you need. If you are naturally empathic you may find this exercise easier, but practicing is no less important if you have an inherent ability as without it.
Your brain is a muscle and it will have to be exercised in order for you to develop telepathy and be accurate with the thoughts that you receive. This is done through practice and being aware of the images you receive and learn which your own thoughts are and which are telepathic.
